Êye-dibe Bî (/ˈɘje/ /ˈdibe/ [last (final); last (previous)] [vulture]) is a subtropical Town located in the Yêmëcê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Êye-dibe Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Êye-dibe Bî was founded by Zêbesm Shêye, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Êye-dibe Bî has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Êye-dibe Bî receives an average of 258 cm/y (101 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Êye-dibe Bî covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1578 m (5177 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Êye-dibe Bî was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1554, by Zêbesm Shêye. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Êye-dibe Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Êye-dibe Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Êye-dibe Bî is buildings are speckled and packed arround narrow cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Astonishigly, the cost-cutting-focused defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A quick look in any direction shows Êye-dibe Bî is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live.
Civic Infrastructure
Êye-dibe Bî has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.
Êye-dibe Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Êye-dibe Bî.
Êye-dibe Bî has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Êye-dibe Bî has a Department of Firefighters, which is responsible for organizing fire fighting efforts during a fire and enforcing local ordinances relating to fire safety.
Êye-dibe Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Êye-dibe Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Êye-dibe Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Êye-dibe Bî possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Êye-dibe Bî's grid is powered by a direct leyline tap.
Êye-dibe Bî has a first rate hospital which caters to anyone in need of long term medical care.
Êye-dibe Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Êye-dibe Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Êye-dibe Bî's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is long in Êye-dibe Bî.
The Harpy near Êye-dibe Bî are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Êye-dibe Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves drinking to channel Charm energies of tier 2 via chanting.
Economy

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Êye-dibe Bî was struck by a devistating earthquake. The quake brought ruin to Êye-dibe Bî, which lost 201 people, 360 livestock, and 65 buildings in the earthquake. The day of the quake is remembered by many as Cursed Fates's Day.
